Biota was founded in 1977 and incorporated in 1981. Our primary office is located in Jackson, Wyoming. Biota retains a staff of 7 full-time employees and multiple associates available to address widespread disciplines specific to individual project needs. Our highly qualified and motivated team has a combined working experience spanning decades in diverse fields at both national and international locations. Our experience spans all facets of environmental work -- from data gathering to agency coordination, from experimental design to construction implementation, from project reporting to public outreach, from  developing grant applications to administering landscape-level projects.
